Exhibition Venue

Exhibition Dates, Time and Admission 展览日期、时间和入场

The Exhibition will be open daily from 18 June 2023 to 20 June 2023. Exhibition hours are from 10.00 am to 06.00 pm.
展会开放参观时间从 2023 年 6 月 18 日至 20 日,上午10时至下午6时。

Professional trade and business visitors only. Minors below the age of 16 are not permitted in the exhibition hall throughout the build-up, exhibition days and dismantling period.
本展会仅限专业贸易和商务访客。未满16周岁未成年人不得在展馆搭建、展览日及撤展期间进入展馆。

The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person(s) without giving reasons, during the buildup, dismantling and show periods.
主办方保留在无需说明任何原因的情况下,在展会搭建期至撤展期间, 拒绝某人入场或请其离开展馆的权利。

Contractual Status 合同条列

This document is to be incorporated as an integral part of the Booth Contract signed between the Organizer and the Exhibitor (Hereinafter “The Contract”), and shall be considered as a legally binding document containing the terms and conditions of the Contract and stating the obligations undertaken by the Organizer and the Exhibitors.
此文件将被视为主办方与参展商签订的《展位合同》(以下简称“合同”)的合成,包含所有合同条款和规则。并阐明所有义务,具有法律效力的文件皆由主办方和参展商承担。

Breach of any of the Terms and Regulations contained herein will therefore constitute breach of the Contract, by which the Exhibitor shall be liable for payment of the full amount as stated in the Contract, and the Organizer may accordingly terminate the Contract without cost henceforth.
因此,任何违反此处包含的条款和规定将构成违约,参展商应承担合同中规定全部款项的支付责任,并且主办方可据此无条件终止合同。

Failure to Exhibit 未能参展

In the event where the Exhibitor/ Vendor, having signed a contract for exhibition space, fails or refuses to exhibit, due to no fault of the Organizer, and has not been released from the Contract by the Organizer, the Exhibitor shall be deemed to have breached the Contract and shall be liable for the full amount stated in the Contract PLUS any additional costs incurred by the Organizer as a result of such failure or refusal to exhibit.
若参展商/供应商已签订展位合同,在非主办方的过错,也未解除合同的情况下而未能或拒绝参展,参展商将被视为违反合同,并应承担合同中规定的全部金额以及补偿主办方因参展商未能或拒绝参展而产生的任何额外费用。

Limitation of Liability 责任限制

The Organizer shall not be liable for the safety and security of Exhibitors, their employees, representatives, servants, agents, contractors and/or invitees, nor for any exhibit materials, articles, documents or other property of whatever kind, brought into the Exhibition venue at any time during the Exhibition.
主办方不对参展商及其员工、代表、兼职人员、代理人、承包商和/或受邀者的安全和安保负责,也不对在展会期间任何时候带入展会场地的任何展览材料、物品、文件或其他任何类型的财产负责。

The Exhibitor/ Vendor shall bear all liabilities, costs and expenses due to any loss, injury or death of their employees, representatives, servants, agents, contractors and/or invitees as well as that of any third parties and members of the public, however caused as a result of any act, omission, default or negligence on the Exhibitor’s part.
参展商应承担因其员工、代表、雇员、代理人、承包商或受邀者以及任何第三方和公众成员的任何损失、受伤或死亡而产生的所有责任、成本和费用,无论是由于参展商的任何作为、不作为、违约或疏忽等。

The Organizer shall not in any event be held responsible for any restriction or condition which prevent the construction, erection, completion, alteration or dismantling of booths, or the entry, sitting or removal or exhibits, or for the failure of any services or amenities provided by the hall landlords (if applicable) or other third parties.
在任何情况下,主办方均不对妨碍展台的建造、架设、完工、更改或拆除,展台的进入、就座或拆除或展品的任何限制或条件负责,也不对展馆业主(如适用)或其他第三方提供的任何服务或便利设施的故障负责。

Exhibitor’s Insurance 参展商保险

Exhibitor/ Vendor shall make sure that they are fully covered by insurance including, but not restricted to, all risks on their property, exhibits or articles of any kind, public liability and comprehensive protection against any loss or damage caused by any circumstance whatsoever whether by reason of fire, water, theft, accident or any other cause. If the Organizer so demand the Exhibitor shall provide proof to the Organizer that the Exhibitor has adequate insurance coverage.
参展商/供应商应确保他们完全投保,包括但不限于其财产、展品或任何种类的物品的所有风险、公共责任和全面保护,以防止因任何情况而造成的任何损失或损害,无论是由火灾、水灾、盗窃、事故或任何其他原因。如主办方有此要求,参展商须向主办方提供证明,证明参展商有足够的保险保障。

Exhibitor/ Vendor must ensure that all their staff and the servants, agents or contractors are insured against claims for workman’s compensation.
参展商/供应商必须确保其所有员工、雇员、代理人或承包商均已投保工人赔偿索赔险。

The period for which such insurance coverage shall be maintained shall commence from the time the Exhibitor/ Vendor or any of their servants, agents or contractors first enters the exhibition grounds, and to continue until the Exhibitor/ Vendors and/or their servants, agent or contractors have vacated the exhibition grounds and all their exhibits and property have been removed from the Showground.
此类保险的保障期限应从参展商/供应商或其任何受雇人、代理人或承包商首次进入展会场地时开始生效,一直持续到参展商/供应商和/或其受雇人、代理人或承包商和其所有展品和财产已从展会场地撤离。

Group Booths 团体展位

Contracting parties for group booths are responsible for ensuring that all Exhibitors/ Vendor within their group are fully aware of, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions under the Terms and Regulations Section.
团体展位的缔约方有责任确保其团体内的所有参展商/供应商充分了解并同意遵守全部条款和规则。

Subletting of Booths 展位转租

The Exhibitor/ Vendor must not transfer, dispose of, part with or otherwise sublet the whole or part of his booth site, for any financial consideration or otherwise. The Exhibitor/ Vendor must, if he is an agent, distributor or licensee, state at the time of contract the name of the principle to be represented. This does not prohibit the Exhibitor displaying the products of a principle for whom he becomes an agent or a distributor of a licensee after the time of contract, subject to the prior written permission of the Organizer.
参展商/供应商不得借以任何财务问题或其他原因转让、处置、部分或以其他方式转租其展位的全部或部分场地。如果参展商/供应商是代理人、分销商或被许可人,则必须在签订合同时说明要代表的原则名称。这并不禁止参展商展示其在合同签订后成为被许可人的代理或分销商的原则的产品,但须事先获得主办方的书信许可。

Force Majeure 不可抗力

The Organizer shall not be liable to the Exhibitor/ Vendor for any delay, cancellation or non-performance of their obligations under the Contract, in each case to the extent that such occurrence is due to strikes, war, riot, floods, fire, the outbreak of infectious diseases, epidemics or pandemic or any Act of God or any other circumstances not within their control.
主办方不对参展商/供应商因罢工、战争、暴动、洪水、火灾、传染病爆发、流行性疾病或任何其他原因造成的任何延迟、取消或不履行其在合同项下的义务承担责任。不可抗力或任何其他不受他们控制的情况。

Indemnification 赔偿

The exhibitor company agrees to hold harmless, release and indemnify the event organisers, its officers, representatives, employees and members (the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses, including legal fees (on a full indemnity basis) and costs of settlement, arising out of, in connection with or due to the exhibitor company’s participation in the Malaysian Wood Expo (MWE), the use of any information or material supplied to the event organisers, the exhibitor company’s withdrawal from the expo for any reasons whatsoever or any acts and or omissions of the exhibitor company or its staff.
参展公司同意使活动组织者、其官员、代表、雇员和成员(“受赔偿方”)免受任何和所有损失、损害、责任、索赔、成本和费用,包括法律因参展公司参加马来西亚木业博览会 (MWE)、使用提供给活动组织者的任何信息或材料、参展公司因任何原因或参展公司或其工作人员的任何作为或不作为而退出展会。

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the event organizers shall not be responsible and shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from any delay, failure, interruption or unavailability of the expo or any failure to transmit or receive or loss of application/registration information or loss of any other data due to network failure, internet failure or any breakdown in telecommunication links.
尽管有上述规定,对于因展会延迟、失败、中断、不可用或任何未能传输、接收、丢失申请/注册信息或由于网络故障、互联网故障、电信链路故障而导致的任何其他数据丢失。

Infringement of Common Areas 占用公共区域

Exhibitors/ Vendors are not allowed to place stickers, signs or posters anywhere at the showground venue as stated in the Contract, other than within their own booth.
参展商/供应商除了在他们自己的展位内,不得在其合同区域之外的任何地方张贴贴纸、标志或海报。

Exhibitor’s/ Vendor’s representative(s) shall not solicit business nor distribute brochures, invitations etc. along the gangways and corridors, or near the entrances.
参展商/供应商的代表不得在走道和走廊或入口附近招揽业务或分发小册子、邀请函等。

Exhibitors are not allowed to place any display material or exhibit, nor extend their stand structures and fittings, beyond their contracted boundary.
参展商不得将任何展示材料或展品放置在其合同区域之外,也不得将其展位结构和配件延伸到其合同范区域之外。

Exhibitors and their Representatives shall not do, or permit anything to be done, which in the reasonable opinion of the Organizers shall cause or is likely to cause a disturbance, nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, disruption, damage, danger or risk to any person or thing, or to the health or safety thereof, or which does not conform with the general standards of the Exhibition or amounts or may amount to a breach of these Terms and Conditions or the Rules and Regulations.
参展商及其代表不被允许做任何在主办方合理认为会造成或可能造成的任何干扰、滋扰、烦扰、不便、干扰、损害、危险或风险的任何人事物,或其健康与安全,不符合展览会的标准守则,或可能构成违反这些条款和条件或规则和条例的行为。

Security 安全事项

Exhibitor, their staff and/or crew, agents or contractor shall not be allowed in the Showground after the show hours, unless otherwise approved by the Organizer. If Exhibitor’s displays are very valuable or sensitive and the Exhibitor wishes to hire security personnel to attend to their booth exclusively during off show hours, Exhibitors are required to contact the Official Contractor. Please note that the Exhibitor/ Vendor is not allowed to engage security personnel from other security agencies other than that appointed by the Official Contractor, unless prior approval has been obtained from the Organizer.
除非得到主办方的批准,否则参展商、其工作人员、代理人或承包商不得在展览会时间结束后进入展览会场地。如果参展商有价值性或敏感的展品,并且计划聘请保安人员(仅)在非展览会时间看管其展位,参展商必须联系主办承包商。请注意,除非事先获得主办方的批准,否则参展商/供应商不得聘用由主办承包商指定以外的其他安保机构的安保人员。

Exhibitors/ vendors shall be provided with access pass to enter the showground. Additional passes and Temporary Work Passes can be purchased from the Official Contractor’s counter on site.
参展商/供应商应展示进入展会场地的通行证。额外的通行证和临时工作证可以在现场的主场搭建商柜台购买

For security and safety reasons, exhibit movement in or out of the HALL during show hours are not permitted except with the prior written consent of the Official Contractor.
出于安保和安全因素,除非事先获得主场搭建商的书面同意,否则不得在展览会期间随意进出展厅。

The Organizer reserves the right to request any of the Exhibitors/ Vendors, their employees, representatives, crew, agents, contractors and/or invitees to leave and vacate the exhibition venue as well as remove their exhibition materials, if they should in any way cause chaos, discomfort, or threaten the safety and smooth proceedings of the exhibition in any manner whatsoever.
主办方保留要求任何参展商/供应商、其雇员、代表、工作人员、代理、承包商和/或受邀者离开和撤离展厅以及移除其展品的权利,如果他们以任何方式导致混乱、不适或以任何方式威胁展会的安全和顺利进行。

Once the exhibition closes on the last day, remove all valuables for immediate packing. DO NOT leave your stand unattended. DO NOT leave exhibits, souvenir items, consumables etc. at your stand, not even in locked cupboards as all furniture will be retrieved by suppliers once the show is over.
在展会结束时,请立即取出所有贵重物品。不要让您的展台无人看管。请勿将展品、纪念品、消费品等留在您的展位或存放在锁柜中,一旦展会结束,供应商将会取回所有家具。

Exhibitors shall ensure that they are fully covered by insurance and take out public liability and comprehensive protection as the Organiser will not be responsible for the safety of all that have been brought into the venue by the exhibitors, their agents, sub-contractors and visitors.
参展商应确保其已完全投保,并承担公共责任和全面保护,主办方将不对参展商、其代理人、分包商和参观者带入场馆的所有物品安全负责.

Storage and Disposal 储存和处置

The Organizer is unable to provide onsite storage facilities for packing materials, carton boxes or other property of the Exhibitor.
主办方无法为参展商的包装材料、纸箱或其他财产提供现场储存设施。

Exhibitors requiring storage facilities should make prior arrangements with the Official Forwarding & Logistics Agents or through their own transport agent.
需要仓储设施的参展商应事先与官方货运和物流代理或通过他们自己的运输代理进行安排。

The Organizer reserves the rights to remove/dispose of any carton boxes, cases and/packing materials left or abandoned in the exhibition halls or their vicinity (entrance and exit, loading bay, etc) on the eve of exhibition/exhibition day or after the dismantling period. Any cost incurred will be borne by the Exhibitor主办方有权利在展会前夕/展览日或撤展期,清除/处理任何留在展馆或其附近(出入口、装卸区等)的任何纸箱、箱子和/包装材料。上述所产生的任何费用将一律由参展商承担。

Removal of Exhibits 移除展品

Exhibits can only be removed from the exhibition halls after show closure on 20 June 2023 at 1600 hrs.
展品只能在 2023 年 6 月 20 日 1600 时闭幕后从展厅移走。

While the Organiser will maintain security surveillance at all times, Exhibitors are reminded that goods will be most at risk during dismantling period and that stands should not be left unattended until all portable items have been removed and hired items and equipment collected by the appropriate suppliers. It is not advisable to leave exhibits overnight on 20 June 2023.
主办方将时刻保持安全监控,但仍提醒参展商注意其货物在撤展期间面临的风险最大,展位不应无人看管,直到所有便携式物品已被移除并由相关的供应商撤离租赁物品和设备。不建议把商品遗留超过 2023 年 6 月 20 日。

Exhibit Heights & Weight 展品高度和重量

Maximum Exhibit Height: Maximum height for Shell Scheme booth – 2.5m (H), Maximum height for special design display – 4m (H). Exhibitors shall notify the Official Contractor of any items or machinery over the height limit or exceeding 2000kg in weight.
最大展品高度:Shell Scheme 展位最大高度 – 2.5m (H),特殊设计展示最大高度 – 4m (H)。参展商应将任何超过高度限制或重量超过 2000 公斤的物品或机械通知主场搭建商。

Presentation and Demonstration of Machines/Exhibits 现场展示及演示机械/展品

An Exhibitor intending to operate machinery/equipment or carry out mechanical demonstrations in his booth must provide full details of the demonstration/working exhibits overleaf and attach photographs / technical brochures describing the working exhibits.
计划在其展位操作机械设备或进行机械演示的参展商必须在背面提供演示/工作展品的全部详细信息, 并附上描述工作展品的照片/技术手册。

Please pay special attention to safety regulations:

  • Secure and safeguard all operating machinery to avoid injury to visitors
    固定并保护所有操作机械,以免对访客造成伤害。
  • Cause no annoyance to visitors or other exhibitors.
    不会对参观者或其他参展商造成困扰。
  • Make sure that no gas and arc welding is carried out in the exhibition hall.
    确保展厅内不进行气焊和电弧焊。
  • The use of naked flame is not permitted in the exhibition hall.
    展厅内禁止使用明火。
  • Isolate starting devices to prevent operation by unauthorized persons.
    启动隔离装置以防止未经授权的人员操作。

The Organiser reserves the right to stop any product demonstration and/or remove the equipment that is considered unsafe.
主办方有权利停止任何产品演示和/或移除被认为不安全的设备

Collection from Public/ Soliciting 公众征集

Exhibitors are not permitted to collect money from the public for any charitable or other reason. Subject to the conditions of a Show License/ contract, charities may sell products to raise funds for their cause however, are not permitted to solicit donations from the public. Exhibitors/ Vendors must not induce, or design any exhibit to induce, any person or persons into joining any club, association, society or other body unless the written approval is first obtained from the Organizer.
参展商不得出于任何慈善或其他原因向公众收款。根据展会许可证/合同的条件,慈善机构可以出售产品为其事业筹集资金,但不得向公众募集捐款。除非事先获得主办方的书面批准,否则参展商/供应商不得诱导或设计任何展览以诱导任何人或多人加入任何俱乐部、协会、社团或其他团体。

NO outside plants are allowed into the hall. Exhibitors can rent directly from Official Contractor. (Please refer to Potted Plants Order Form)

Food & Beverages 食品和饮料

Cafeteria and snack/drink counters will be at Garden Court Café (North entrance) & Anggun Chef Café (Level 1, Foyer). Catering services are available for booths upon reservation.
自助餐厅和小吃/饮料柜台将设在 Garden Court Café(北方入口处)和 Anggun Chef Café(1 楼, 门厅)。如需展位餐饮服务, 展商可提前预订。

No outside food may be brought into the Centre. Exhibitors must abide by the Food Act 1983 and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and the Centre FOQESH guidelines.

Smoking is not allowed at any time in the Halls and associated work area.

Extended Hall Operation Hours 展馆营业时间延长

Contractors / Exhibitors who requires an extension of the hall’s operation hours must inform the official contractor beforehand and is subject to Organizer’s approval.
承建商/参展商如需延长展馆营业时间,须事先通知官方展位搭建商,并须经主办方批准。

Extension of the hall operations hours are charged RM 3,000.00 nett / hour
展馆营业时间延长将以每小时 RM 3,000.00 收费

2. STAND CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS 展台搭建规定

The Event Organiser has appointed Hawt Dotz Sdn Bhd as the official contractor.
主办方指定 Hawt Dotz Sdn Bhd 为官方展位搭建商。

Standard Shell Scheme 标准展位

All temporary structures built for exhibitions must comply with the relevant legislation and are to be constructed in a manner that poses no danger to public, employee or contractor safety at any time.
所有为展览会而建造的临时结构必须符合相关法规,并且在任何时候都不得对公众、员工或承包商的安全构成危险。

Each 9m² standard shell scheme stand includes:

Should the Exhibitor/ Vendor do not require to use any of the items listed above; no refund or discount shall be given by the Organizer. Exhibitors/ Vendors are required to abide to the rules listed in clause 2.2 of the manual.
如展商/供应商不需要标准展位所配置的任何物品,展位费用不变。参展商/供应商必须遵守手册第 2.2 条款与规则。

The following Regulations must be observed:
参展商必须遵守以下规则和规定:

   ❌  No additional stand fitting or display may be attached to the shell stand structure.
          外壳支架结构上不得附加额外的支架配件。

   ❌  No nailing, stapling or drilling is allowed.
          不允许钉、钻或拧。

   ❌  No painting on the shell stand panels is allowed.
          不得在展位的围板上涂漆。

   ❌  No freestanding structure may exceed or extend beyond the boundaries of the size allocated.
          任何独立式结构不得延伸到其合同范区域之外。

   ❌  An Exhibitor occupying a corner stand is not permitted to close any part of the corner.
          位于角落展位的参展商不得封闭角落的任何部分。

Special Stand Construction Regulation 特装展位搭建规定

All stand measurements are in Metric format. All stand design layout plans must be computer generated, in 3D with elevated & perspective views, to be submitted to the Official Contractor before the stipulated deadline for approval to ensure a smooth build-up.
所有展位尺寸均为公制格式。所有光地参展商必须在规定的截止日期前向官方展位搭建提供3D 展位设计图,总体图, 尺寸图, 效果图以确保展位的顺利搭建。

Each stand must be completed with a floor covering (e.g. carpet) and also rear and side walls of a minimum height of 2.44m.
每个展台必须铺有地板(例如地毯),后墙和侧墙的最小高度必须为 2.44m。

On any one length of the stand where the perimeter shares with another exhibitor or with a venue wall, a solid structure must be built to 100% of the length of that side. DO NOT use the back panel of a wall or neighboring stands to put up decoration.
在与另一参展商或场馆墙共用的任何一个展台的长度上,必须建立一个实体结构到该边完整长度。请勿使用背板或相邻展位的墙板进行装饰

All stands, irrespective of height must have at least 50% opening of ALL frontages facing an open aisle. This area must be left visibly free of obstruction.

Booth structure with 4mH*, booth covered ceiling exceeding 18sqm or hanging object exceeding 500kg, are required to submit P.E. Endorsement (*subject to booth design). Structural Engineer’s Certification must be submitted to Official Contractor no later than 22nd May 2023 prior to the event build-up.

Booths below or exceeding 2.5m height are required to cover the back portion with plywood and painted with emulsion paint.

NO person under any circumstances shall cut into or through any floor coverings or walls nor alter any stand service structures. Any such damage to stand structures or exhibition premises will be invoiced to the exhibitor.
任何人在任何情况下都不得切入或穿过任何地板覆盖物或墙壁,也不得改变任何展台服务结构。展位结构或展览会场地的任何类似损坏将由参展商承担。

NO cutting, sawing, sanding, gluing or major carpentry work and painting is permitted anywhere in the Centre.
在展馆中心的任何地方都不允许进行切割、锯切、打磨、粘合或其他主要的木工工作和涂漆。

Raised flooring must have rounded edge or protective covering to the sharp edge.
活动地板必须有圆边或锋利边缘的保护层。

Exhibitors and their non-official contractors will have to bear any charges levied by Hall Owners for damages caused to their property, walls and floorings or for debris not cleared away.
参展商及其非官方承包商必须承担展馆所有者对其在财产、墙壁和地板上造成的任何损坏或未清理的碎片所产生的任何费用。

It is the responsibility of respective vendors to ensure the stability of own stand structures. Vendor is liable for the penalty charges by the Organiser or Official Contractor, should there be any insecure structures found within the stand area.
所有展位搭建商有责任确保自己展位结构的稳定性。如果在展台区内发现任何不安全的结构,搭建商将承担主办方或官方展位搭建商的罚款。

The Organiser reserves the right to make amendments to any booth structure/design during the build- up, should it fail to comply with the Exhibition’s Rules & Regulations.
如果展台结构/设计不符合展会的条规和规制,主办方保留在搭建期间对任何展位结构/设计进行修改的权利。

The Organiser’s decision is without prejudice and is final.
主办方保有公正并绝对的决定权。

Stand Construct Material 展台搭建材料

Any materials used for stand construction or display must conform to the relevant legislation and be: –
任何用于展台搭建或展示的材料必须符合相关法规,并且:-

✅ Non-combustible 不可燃

✅ Inherently non–flammable 本质上不易燃

✅ Flame-proof 防火

✅ Self-extinguishing (plastic materials) 自熄性(塑料材料)

✅ Of plywood, hardwood, pulpwood or fibreboard 胶合板、硬木、纸浆木或纤维板

Double-Storey Structures – Complex Structure  双层结构——复杂结构

Double-storey structure are subject to approval and require to submit P.E. Endorsement (*subject to booth design). Structural Engineer’s Certification must be submitted to Official Contractor no later than 22nd May 2023 prior to the event build-up.
双层结构需经批准,和提交 P.E.签注(*以展台设计为准)。结构工程师的证书必须在展会开始前不迟于 2023 年 5 月 22 日提交给官方展位搭建商。

Rigging 索具

Riggings are subject to approval and availability at venue. Detail specification, layout plan are required to submit to official contractor no later than 22nd May 2023 prior to the event build up.
索具须经批准和依据库存量。详细规格、布局图必须在展会开始前不迟于 2023 年 5 月 22 日提交给官方展位搭建商。

Stand Lighting Installation Regulation 展台照明安装规定

The general regulations for lighting installation in the stand are as follows:-
展台照明安装的一般规定如下:-

Light fitting must be industry – approved.
灯具必须获得行业认可。

High-powered lights must be 1.0 meter away from flammable materials.
大功率灯必须距离易燃物1.0米以上的距离。

All lighting must be at least 2.2 meters above floor level or protected in an approved way to prevent accidental burning.
所有照明必须至少高于地面 2.2 米或以经批准的方式保护以防止意外燃烧

Where halogen tube lights are to be used, the globe unit must be protected with safety glass or a cage to minimize the risk of explosion and fire, and the lamp must not exceed the design capacity of the lamp holder.
若使用卤素灯管,必须用安全玻璃或笼子保护灯泡,以尽量减少爆炸和火灾的风险,并且灯泡不得超过灯座的设计容量。

All temporary spotlights or the like are to be a minimum of 300mm from the partitions or combustible goods. Every spotlight shall be equipped with a guard attached to the lamp holder or the handle.

Lighting and/or lighting equipment intended to be connected to the mains supply must be tested and tagged.

All lighting and/or lighting equipment must be switched off and disconnected from the mains supply prior to leaving.

Exhibitors who connect own lighting fixtures will be imposed with a lighting connection charge of RM105.00 (max 100W per fitting / per meter run LED strip / per 2 bulb LED fitting).

Electrical Supply 供电 

Electricity supply will be switched off 60 minutes after the exhibition closes each day. 24-hour electricity supply can be arranged on a chargeable basis through the Organiser.
展馆内电源供应将于每天展会结束后60分钟关闭。若需24小时电源供应,可联系主办方并需支付额外费用。

Exhibitors requiring special arrangement (e.g different voltages and frequency or connection to equipment) must arrange for their own transformers, converters, etc.
需要特殊安排(例如不同电压和频率或特殊设备连接)的参展商必须自带变压器、转换器等。

Power point is meant for NON-LIGHTING PURPOSE only. Usage of such points for any lighting purposes, lighting hook-up/connection charges will apply. All lighting connections work must be done by the Organizer. Exhibitors requested for additional power point shall proceed their requisition to the Organizer and shall be charged accordingly.

Power points supplied are to be used for running equipment/exhibits only.

USAGE OF MULTI-PLUGS AND EXTENSION CORDS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED 严禁使用多插头和延长线
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse connection to any exhibitor whose equipment is deemed unsafe.
主办方有权拒绝连接任何参展商被认为不安全的设备。

Removal of Rubbish 垃圾清除

The removal of rubbish resulting from construction/dismantling works during the pre-show and dismantling period is the responsibility of Exhibitors and/or their Contractors. Exhibitors and/or their Contractors should also be aware that paint/chemicals, fluorescent tubes, lamps, electrical/electronic items of equipment, oils or other toxic or noxious substances must be disposed of in a properly controlled manner.
在搭建和拆除展位期间,参展商或其指定的承包商须负责每天清理自己展位的搭建碎片和垃圾。 油漆/化学物品、荧光灯管、灯具、电气/电子设备、油或其他有毒物质必须以适当可控的方式进行处理。

Any subsequent rubbish or excess materials not cleared prior to the exhibition, or at the end of the dismantling period, will be removed at the expense of the exhibitor by the official cleaning contractor.
任何后续未清理的垃圾或多余材料在展览会开始前或拆除期结束时,将由官方清洁承包商负责清除,费用将由参展商承担。

All aisles must be kept clear of obstruction, please ensure that all objects, e.g., furniture, roll up banners, display units etc. are kept within the boundaries of your stand. It is imperative that exhibitors do not extend into the aisles, as this can cause a tripping hazard to visitors.
所有过道必须保持畅通无阻。请确保所有物品如家具、横幅、展示品等,都保持在您展位的范围内。为防止对观众造成绊倒等危险,参展商不得把展品伸入过道。

Organizers’ Right to Change Stands and Floor plan Layout 主办方有权更改展位和平面图

In the interests of the exhibition as a whole, it may be necessary to remove or alter anything in – or forming part of – any stand. The exhibition floor plan is subject to change at the discretion of the Organizers.
为了整个展览会的利益起见,主办单位可酌情或有权利更改展览平面图。必要时可以移除或更改任何展位内或构成部分的任何东西。

Performance Bond and Administration Fee 履约保证金和管理费

Refundable Deposit: Non-official contractors shall be required to deposit a Refundable Deposit according to the size of the exhibits booths, to ensure that the rules and regulations are abided by, to cover any damages arising directly or indirectly from any infringements, and to settle all payments for supply and services rendered during the exhibition or for the purposes of the exhibition.
可退还履约保证金:非官方搭建商须根据展位大小缴纳可退还履约保证金,以确保遵守规章制度,以弥补因侵权直接或间接造成的任何损失,并解决展览会期间或为展览会而提供的供应和服务的所有款项。

Administration Fee: A non-refundable administration fee of RM30.00 per sqm contracted is also payable by the exhibitor’s contractor to the official contractor prior to commencing work, processing of communications, management function including securing approval from the relevant authorities.
管理费:在开始施工、处理通信、管理职能(包括获得有关当局的批准)之前,参展商的承包商还应向官方承包商支付每平方米 30.00 令吉的不可退还的管理费。

*Admin Fees and Performance Bonds are compulsory for all raw space using non-official contractor and are borne strictly by the stand contractor only.
